1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. Products and pricing We aim to describe and display our products accurately; colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or breach these Terms.

4. Payment By placing an order you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown, including delivery and any applicable taxes.

5. Delivery and returns Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Product use and disclaimer Nourue products are cosmetic products and applicator tools for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary. We recommend a patch test before first use; stop using the product and seek advice from a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. Keep out of the reach of children.

7. Intellectual property All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the Nourue name and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to disrupt it, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Liability Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights.
