1. Where we ship We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

2. Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

3. Delivery time Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier or busy periods.

4. Delivery cost We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.

5. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for a while, contact us and we will help.
